Pharynx and Larynx

Pharynx:

The pharynx is a muscular tube that connects the oral and the nasal cavity. It is the part of throat behind the mouth and nasal cavity, and above the oesophagus(food pipe) and larynx(voice box). It is found in vertebrates and invertebrates though its structure varies among the species. 

Larynx:

The larynx produces sound and is also called the voice box and glottis is an organ located in the interior of the neck.
